Now... It's My 2002

I have decided to start this Blog about the iconic BMW 2002 in Iran, since:

Dad called me few days ago, and right away I could sense something in his voice. He was calling to let me know that our longtime family friend has decided to sell his 1973 BMW 2002, and that he was going to buy it for me!!!!... I am still shell shocked!!!... Our friend Mahmoud was the original owner, and has meticulously cared for it all these years. I grow up around this exact car, but never thought I be owning it one day! For now Dad is going to take care of it, till I get a chance to make a trip back home. ;(
